Travel Note

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!

Our wedding falls on a BIG 10 football game (Wisconsin vs. Michigan). It is HIGHLY suggested to make your flight, car rentals and hotel accommodations ASAP. Please keep in mind, shuttle services through the hotel will be rather busy the day of our wedding pending the start time of the game.

Dane County Regional Airport

This is the easiest place to fly into. Most of our hotels have complimentary shuttle services that will pick you up at the airport and bring you to the hotel. The airport is rather small (only 13 gates). When departing it is suggested to arrive ~1.5 hours prior to flight.

WEDDING RATE WILL BE DISCONTINUED ON 8/10/2019. - Rooms are blocked 9/20/2019 and 9/21/2019 - There is a shuttle to/from Dane County Regional Airport. Simply call the hotel when you land and they will send a shuttle to pick you up. Parking Rates: $18 for overnight self parking; $25 for overnight valet parking. Public Parking: $3 per hour; $21 daily maximum; $23 for daily valet parking.

WEDDING RATE WILL BE DISCONTINUED 8/21/2019 - Must stay Friday 9/20/2019 AND Saturday 9/21/2019 to get the block rate. - There is a shuttle to/from Dane County Regional Airport. Simply call when you land and they will pick you up. - There is a complimentary shuttle from 6 am-1030 pm within a 2 mile radius of the hotel, which includes The Edgewater (wedding venue). Shuttle is for all hotel guests and availability can vary.

WEDDING RATE WILL BE DISCONTINUED ON 8/21/2019 - Block rooms are reserved for 9/21/2019 only -There is a shuttle to/from Dane County Regional Airport. Simply call when you land and they will pick you up. -There is a shuttle within a 3 mile radius of the hotel which includes The Edgewater (wedding venue). She shuttle is open to other guests and is not guaranteed.

Best Western Premier Park Hotel

We do not have a formal wedding block at this hotel. They are offering a 12% discount off standard room rate for wedding guests. THE 12% DISCOUNT WILL BE DISCONTINUED ON 8/21/2019. - In order to book this hotel you MUST use use the web address below, or call 1-800-western (1-800-937-8376)! Do NOT call the local phone number for reservations- the front desk will NOT be able to honor the discount. -There is a shuttle to/from Dane County Regional Airport. WE DO NOT HAVE A BLOCK AT THIS HOTEL. However, this hotel is a 7 min (0.3 mile) walk to our wedding venue. - There is a shuttle to/from Dane County Regional Airport. Simply call when you land and they will pick you up. - There is a shuttle service available within 1 mile radius of the hotel.

WE DO NOT HAVE A BLOCK AT THIS HOTEL. However, the hotel is .7 miles away from our venue at the Edgewater Hotel. - There is a shuttle to/from Dane County Regional Airport. Simply call when you land and they will pick you up. - There is a shuttle service from 7 am to 10:30 pm within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. This shuttle is available to all guests and is not guaranteed.

WE DO NOT HAVE A BLOCK HERE. The hotel is in short proximity to the Edgewater. There is NOT a shuttle that will pick you up from the airport or take you to various places around the Madison area.
