Where is the Wedding and Reception?

Question

Black tie optional... What does that mean?

Answer

Ladies, please wear a nice cocktail dress, and please try to avoid sun dresses. Men, suits are encouraged, but not required. Please avoid khaki pants.

Does the Edgewater Hotel have parking?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Travel" tab for details on parking rates.

Question

There's a big gap between the wedding and cocktail hour, what do I do?

Answer

Please see the "Things to do" tab for our favorite bars and restaurants. We will also have some of our favorite things to do on our wedding program. If you want to stay at the Edgewater there will be soft drinks and light snacks between the ceremony and the start of cocktail hour. If the weather is nice (fingers crossed) we plan to have lawn games set up on the outdoor terrace. This is also the perfect time to explore the Edgewater Hotel and get some pictures. If you feel so inclined there is also a restaurant and bar in the main hotel.

On the day of the wedding, who do I call if I need something?

Answer

If you are a guest of the bride please call Maggie Immerfall. If you are a guest of the groom please call Cathy McMillan. PLEASE DO NOT call Abby and Tim the day of the wedding. The odds of them having their phones are slim to none

I have a child... is there a kid's meal option?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have a child attending the wedding they will be served chicken strips with french fries and a fruit cup. If there are any dietary restrictions please email Tim and Abby at immerdorferwedding@gmail.com by the RSVP date.

I have a dietary restriction...what do I do?

Please indicate any dietary restrictions when RSVPing. If you forgot, please email Abby and Tim at immerdorferwedding@gmail.com by the RSVP date.

I searched my name to RSVP and nothing is coming up...HELP?!?

Answer

Please make sure you entered your name EXACTLY as it appeared on the addressed envelope. If you still cannot find your name please email Abby and Tim at immerdorferwedding@gmail.com.
