Unfortunately our venue has limited accommodation. Rooms have been allocated, if you have not received a link to accommodation, we ask you to please book alternative accommodation in the area. Please see the travel page for some accommodation ideas.

The dress code is formal but ladies please avoid wearing stilettos as much of the day will be spent outside on the grass.

Please refer to your invite to see if you've been allocated a plus one. We have tried our best to include all plus ones.

Are children invited?

Answer

Since it's a weekend away, children are welcome at the wedding. This will be indicated on your wedding invite, so please RSVP accordingly. Someone will be allocated to look after the little ones during the reception. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions.

Is there a gift registry?

Your presence at our big day is the best gift of all, and since we know how far everyone will have to travel to join in on our celebrations no gifts are expected. However, if you would like to give a wedding gift, money towards our honeymoon or home would be sincerely appreciated but is not required. What will the weather be like?

Answer

Underberg is in the heart of the Drakensberg, and because of this, temperatures can vary from quite warm to mild. Average daytime temperatures are around the low to mid-twenties. Evenings can be pretty cold, with lows around 10°C. Make sure you bring jackets for the evenings.
