Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We are hosting a WELCOME PARTY on FRIDAY, July 3rd at the Saratoga Race Course. If your travels and schedules allow, come spend the afternoon with us and take part in a true Saratoga tradition watching (and betting on) the thoroughbred horse races.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be in your seats for the ceremony by 3:15 PM as we will start promptly at 3:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are encouraging black tie apparel however formal suits instead of tuxedos and cocktail attire are also appropriate.

Invitations have been sent to all those invited, which included any plus one's considered. If you have any questions or need clarification, please reach out to us.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please visit the "Travel" page of our website which outlines hotels where we have room blocks and discounts. Otherwise we recommend researching AirBnBs for larger groups. Guests might consider extending their search outside of Saratoga Springs to Malta, Clifton Park, and Ballston Spa if you don't mind having a short drive to the venues.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

CEREMONY: THE MANSION OF SARATOGA There is ample parking available on the west side of the building and there will be parking attendants to help direct traffic day off. There is also auxiliary parking across the street from The Mansion. RECEPTION: THE CANFIELD CASINO There will be 50-60 private parking spaces reserved for guests on East Congress Street next to the Canfield Casino. Otherwise, there is street parking and garages available throughout downtown Saratoga and within walking distance to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

No, transportation is not included. Kindly plan accordingly.
