No, the venue does not allow outside alcohol to be brought in.

For guests 21+, different types of wine and beer will be provided.

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, the reception inside. The venue will accommodate inclement weather.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM on 9/13/25. Due to check-in time at hotels, it is recommended that you come on the evening of 9/12/25 if you plan to stay.

You will have the ability to note that on your RSVP submission.

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes, if you stay in our room block--there will be a shuttle service that will make two drop-offs before the ceremony and two after the reception.

If I decide to stay in room block, when do I need to book by?

Answer

You can book by calling the hotel directly; reservations must be completed by August 1, 2025.
