This event will be outdoors, with a garden party/Midsummer Night's dream feel. The location is in a canyon, so even though July can be hot, layers are advised in case it gets chilly in the evening!

Dinner will be catered by Mississippi’sDelta BBQ. If you selected a vegetarian dish option when you RSVP'd, please let catering staff know as you make your way through the buffet and they will get your your entree. We will have gluten free and vegan dessert options in addition to cupcakes at the dessert table. We have a group camping site available just a few steps away from the reception area! It is booked and ready to go, so if you responded "yes" to the camping question, you can plan to bring all your gear with you and set up anytime after 4pm (before the ceremony) or during/after the festivities! The campsite can accomodate tents, smaller trailers and vans. Bigger RVs can park in the main parking area! Please note all cars must be gone by 11am on 7/6. Our event will have alcohol being served. Please plan to drink responsibly and have a safe way to get home. Consider taking a shuttle (party bus!) to and from the venue. There will be lots of non-alcoholic options to enjoy as well!
