Hotel Tivoli

Hotel Tivoli is located only 5 minutes away from the venue in the wonderful small town of Tivoli. There is a great restaurant on site which is where the Farewell Brunch will be held on Sunday. To book a room, please call the hotel and mention the Higgins / Albano wedding. This hotel requires a two night minimum stay. The shuttle from Hotel Tivoli to the ceremony will depart at 4:15pm. Return shuttle service from the reception will begin at 9:45 pm, running periodically throughout the night until the end of the after party. All return shuttles will stop at Hotel Tivoli.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingston-Ulster

The Holiday Inn Express is located about 20 minutes away from the venue. Please note that the shuttle from this hotel to the wedding ceremony will depart at 4:15pm. The official check-in time is 4pm; however the hotel has advised that rooms are often ready by 3pm (but early check-in is not guaranteed). For those checking in on Saturday, we recommend arriving to the hotel as early as possible if you would like to check in prior to the wedding. Luggage storage and a restroom for freshening up are also available in the lobby of the hotel. Return shuttle service from the reception will begin at 9:45 pm, running periodically throughout the night until the end of the after party. All return shuttles will stop at the Holiday Inn Express. Note: this hotel is fully booked for Saturday night.

Flight

Albany International Airport (ALB)

We recommend flying into Albany, as it is the closest airport to both hotels (around 1 hour away). For guests flying into the airport, we recommend renting a car as transportation options to/from the Hudson Valley are limited.

Flight

NYC Area Airports (LGA, JFK, EWR)

Alternatively, guests can fly into any NYC airport (LGA, JFK, or EWR). Flights are more abundant in NYC, but the drive is a little longer than from Albany (around 2 hours). For guests flying into the airport, we recommend renting a car as transportation options to/from the Hudson Valley are limited.

Train

Amtrak - Rhinecliff

Amtrak trains stop in Rhinecliff, about a 15-20 minute drive away from either hotel - a great option for those coming from NYC! We recommend arranging a ride from the train station through a taxi/car service, as Uber and Lyft have very limited availability in the area.
