Shuttle service will be available to and from the venue for guests who are staying at Hotel Tivoli and Holiday Inn Express. Shuttles will depart at 4:15pm from both hotels. Return shuttle service will begin at 9:45pm and will run periodically throughout the night until the end of the after party. All return shuttles will stop at both hotels. Important note for guests checking on Saturday at The Holiday Inn Express: the official check-in time is 4pm; however the hotel has advised that rooms are often ready by 3pm (but early check-in is not guaranteed). We recommend arriving to the hotel as early as possible if you would like to check in prior to the wedding. Luggage storage and a restroom for freshening up are also available in the lobby. Guests who are staying at Airbnbs or other locations should plan to arrange their own transportation. There is ample parking at the venue for those who are bringing or renting a car. Please note that Uber and Lyft are very limited in the area.
All events on Saturday 7/31 (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party) will be held outdoors. The reception will take place in a tent with open sides, and all other Saturday events are fully outdoors (don't forget to bring your sunscreen!). The farewell brunch on Sunday 8/1 will be held in a restaurant that has both indoor and outdoor seating options.
We would love for you to be truly present with us during our "unplugged" ceremony, and so we kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight during that time. We will have professional photographers capturing our ceremony, and we will happily share these photos with you after the wedding!
We are not planning to provide a live streaming option at this time.
