For those planning to be in Canmore for the full weekend, please join us at CanGOLF later on Friday night and enjoy a beverage or two! We have rented out the entire upstairs as well as all of the golf simulators. The first hour of drinks is on us. Alcohol and drinks will be available for purchase from 8:30pm - close. Note: Please don't adjust your travel plans to make this. We have the space, so thought it would be a good opportunity for those in town to gather.

Cocktail Hour

Cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres will be available. We will have a bus to take you to cocktail hour. This will score you the night off from driving. The shuttle is scheduled to run continuously to our reception space from 4:40pm through 5:45pm and will stop to pick up guests at 2 locations: the Grande Rockies Resort (downtown access) and the MTN House by Basecamp hotel. Below is a rough schedule as to when the bus will arrive to pick up guests. Please be waiting outside a few minutes prior in case it is running ahead of schedule: Stop 1: Grande Rockies Resort (if facing the hotel, please wait on the sidewalk to the left of the round-about at the front entrance) 4:40pm 5:05pm 5:30pm Stop 2: MTN House by Basecamp (please wait outside the front entrance) 4:50pm 5:15pm 5:40pm

We have arranged for a bus to take guests directly back to their Canmore-based hotel / house rental at the end of the evening. The bus will run back and forth from Silvertip Resort between 8:30pm and 11:30pm.

As much as we would love for everyone to attend our wedding, we realize by having a destination wedding we will miss some of our friends and family. For those of you who want to celebrate with us locally, we invite you to join us for a casual BBQ a few weeks after we marry in Canada. If you have little ones, they are more than welcome to join in on the fun. We'll be sending out reminder invitations with the opportunity to update your RSVP to include all members of your family in mid-June. P.S.: Even if you can join us in Canada, you are more than welcome to join us in Charlotte as well! The more, the merrier!
