Bordeaux Tourism Office is a great place to visit if you'd like to get additional recommendations on what to do in the city!
There are so many things to see and do in Bordeaux. You can spend your days and time between wedding events shopping, wandering into a French Cafe or Boulangerie, wine tasting, learning about the cities history, and so much more. Happy exploring!
A guided bus tour through the city is available. This is a fun way to see all major attractions the city has to offer as well as learn about Bordeaux's rich history.
A beautiful Cathedral located in central downtown. You can walk around the perimeter of the structure and on certain days (please check website) enter for tours etc.
A day trip to Saint-Émilion is a popular attraction for tourists traveling to Bordeaux. There are multiple sites (e.g. Viator) that offer day trips to this picturesque medieval French town.
We are working with our wedding venue to provide an optional and at your own expense (~ 25 Euro/pp) wine tasting for our guests at a local Chateau within walking distance to our venue. More details on cost, what's included, and how to RSVP to come. We will likely offer this activity the same day as the Welcome Pool Party.
