The shuttle ride is about 2.5 hours (60 miles). We will have 1-2 shuttles on Thursday afternoon and 1-2 on Friday morning. Please RSVP for the shuttle on the RSVP page. We will add or update shuttle times based on guests arrival- we will group guests into the best groups we are able to plan the shuttles. If you wish to arrange your own shuttle at a different time at your own cost please let the hotel know. The cost for a private shuttle is $180. Please fill out the survey at this link if you wish to participate in our wedding shuttle. Public Bus from San Jose to Manuel Antonio

If you arrive at a time when we don't have a shuttle running or if you just want more flexibility in your travel plans, you can also take the public bus from San Jose (CocaCola Market) to Quepos for about $7.50-$10 one way. Much cheaper than paying to take a bus. Buses leave every 2-3 hours from 6am - 730pm. The direct (Directo) bus takes about 3.5 hours. Departure location (to tell taxi driver): Tracopa Station at Plaza Viquez/Avenida 10 Whenever Emily visits Costa Rica, she always takes the public bus. The direct bus is the fastest - 3.5 hours. The normal bus takes about 6 hours as it stops many times along the way.

Rate: $188/night for a Garden Room if booked before April 15th (larger rooms available at a higher discounted rate if you wish to share rooms). Includes a buffet breakfast each morning. $198/night if booked after April 15th Room Block: 25 rooms set aside from Nov 6-11. If you wish to stay outside of these dates, the hotel will offer the wedding rate if there are rooms available. Room block will be held until August 4th, 2019. Amenities: Spa, Restaurants, Several Pools, Small beach access Other details: The larger beaches of Manuel Antonio are a short drive away - the hotel offers a shuttle several times a day.

Cheaper option if you want to save money! It is a few miles from the resort, but you can easily take a taxi from this hotel to the resort. Also this hotel is right on the beach so the location is great! Emily always stays here when she visits. Prices: Economy: $70 Standard: $80 Suite: $90
