Shuttle from Airport to Hotel (3-4 hours) - November 7 & 8

3:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The shuttle will pick up from SJO airport and take you to the hotel. If you would like to take the shuttle, please RSVP with the shuttle departure time you would prefer, airline, and the names of everyone who needs transportation. Currently we plan to have a shuttle on Wednesday Nov 7 around 3pm and 8pm and Thursday Nov 8 around 3 pm and 8 pm. We will also add a shuttle on Friday if necessary. We will finalize the shuttle departure times based on the flight times of guests. Each shuttle will take a group of 6-10 guests.

Welcome Dinner

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Dressy casual

We will take the hotel's shuttle to Manuel Antonio to have a welcome dinner at a restaurant by the beach. (Time subject to change)

Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Ceremony 4pm Cocktail Hour 5pm-6pm Meal/Reception 6pm-10pm

Breakfast

9:00 am - 9:00 am

Join us for the breakfast the morning after the wedding! Please RSVP if you will join us as we will have a private area to eat and need to provide the number for breakfast! (Time subject to change)

Shuttle from Hotel to Airport

9:00 am - 9:00 am

There will be a shuttle on Monday morning at 10am (or earlier depending on flights) and another on Tuesday at 10am to travel to the airport. We will add additional shuttles based on guests travel plans to ensure everyone has a smooth and easy ride back to the airport.
