Forest Room Suites
20 Suites Available
Each Forest Room Suite sleeps up to 4 people in two queen size beds (one sofa pull out, one master bedroom), have a small kitchenette and private bath. There are 20 individual room suites, 4 in each building (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs). In order to fit as many friends as possible into the suites, we are asking that you get cozy with each other and try to sleep 3 to 4 people per suite. Preference is given to those staying both Friday and Saturday nights. When you RSVP, please let us know if you'd like to stay in a suite and if you have any preferences for who you room with (we'll do our best to accommodate requests).
Bunks in the Main Lodge

Another option for on-site lodging is the bunk rooms located on the lower level of the Main Lodge. Sleepover style! Bottom sheets and pillows with cases are provided but please bring the rest of your bedding (or a sleeping bag) and a towel. There are a total of 8 showers available between the two bathrooms downstairs. Great option for those who can only stay one night - preference for suites will be given to those who are staying the full weekend. There is extra bedding and towels available to rent at Tierra - give us a heads up on the RSVP page if you want to rent instead of bringing your own!
Payment
August 2018
For now, just let us know your lodging preferences when you RSVP and we’ll figure out payment in August. We’re asking everyone to RSVP by July 1st so once we’ve figured out the room assignments we’ll contact you in August for payment. Forest Room Suites will be $220 for the weekend and we will ask that one person per group Venmo us (you can decide amongst yourselves if you want to split the price evenly or if the folks in the master bedroom will pay a little more). Bunks are $20 per person per night. Thanks friends!!!
