Things To Do

Joshua Tree and the surrounding area have a ton to offer. Below are some of our favorite places.
Pioneertown

Pioneertown

Pioneertown, CA

This tiny town started as a live-in Old West motion-picture set, built in the 1940's. Now it is a popular tourist attraction.

Joshua Tree National Park

Joshua Tree National Park

CA
(760) 367-5500

Breathtaking views, hikes, and or just driving through the entire scenery? Take the time to explore Joshua Tree National Park either before or after the wedding! As a note, there is a $30 entrance fee, be sure to keep the receipt so that you can enter the park as many times as you want for 1 whole week.

Pappy & Harriet's

Pappy & Harriet's

53688 Pioneertown Road, Pioneertown, CA 92268
, (760) 365-5956

Great old fashioned barbecue and live music? Pappy and Harriets is the place to be. If you do plan on going, go early as the wait time does tend to get long especially for dinner.

Country Kitchen

Country Kitchen

61768 Twentynine Palms Highway, Joshua Tree, CA 92252
, (760) 366-8988

Classic country-style breakfast? We recommend Country Kitchen. As of this writing, it is currently closed because of the pandemic but we hope that they'll open up soon so that you can have a taste of it.

Crossroads Cafe and Tavern

61715 Twentynine Palms Highway, Joshua Tree, CA 92252
, (760)366-5414

Good food in the hight desert? Better check this restaurant out. As of this writing, it is currently closed because of the pandemic but we hope that they'll open up soon so that you can have a taste of it.
