Truth be told, for several years, Hannah and I told most people that we met through mutual friends. Well, we sort of did, because that's how Tinder works. Yes, Hannah and I actually met through Tinder. So here's the story, one night on my way home to San Diego for Thanksgiving, I casually opened up my Tinder app and began swiping away. When I got to Hannah's profile, I "swiped a little faster than usual" and it turned into a SUPER LIKE! I didn't think much of it at the time and a few days went by... Hannah and I matched. I made the first move and messaged her. We talked for a week or two and then she "ghosted" me. I would message her "Hey" every now and then to see if she was still interested but no reply. I was about to delete her when she started responding again. From there we exchanged phone numbers, started texting and ................began our love story. That my friends is swiping done right. --- Andrew
Iceland's weather is schizophrenic that seeing the northern lights needs pure luck. One early morning the sky cleared up and the aurora showed up. We braced ourselves for the freezing weather to witness this beauty. When we decided to go back to the cabin, I was quite annoyed that Andrew wanted to take more pictures with it again. It was dark to walk back into the wet field but he insisted so I agreed. As I turn to him and saw that he was DOWN ON HIS KNEE I seriously thought he tripped. I was in shock when he asked me to marry him that I kept saying no! no! no! and telling him to stand up while of course ugly crying at the same time. Finally when he hugged me I did for sure managed to say "YES!" - Hannah
