Shuttle From Hotels to the Reception

September 27, 2025 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Shuttles will provide roundtrip transportation for guests staying at the Brandywine River Hotel and Best Western Plus Concordville to Haskell's Barn (SIW). The first shuttle loop departs at 3:40 pm and the second loop departs at 4:25 pm. There will be shuttles available for early departures at 8:15 pm and departures at 9:15 pm. For guests staying at the Brandywine River Hotel, a shuttle will be available to transport people to the after party at 10:00 pm.

We have blocked some rooms at the Brandywine River Hotel, located minutes away from Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square, Winterthur, the Brandywine River Museum, and the Brandywine Battlefield State Park.

We also blocked out some rooms here. It's not as centrally located (~10 minutes further out than the Brandywine River Hotel); however, has more amenities and we will be having an after party in their bar and lounge.
