Why won't there be a ceremony?

Answer

We got married in a small ceremony at our dear family friends' house on Sheepscot Pond, Maine. The ceremony was held August 23rd with just our immediate family and the Viens <3. We still want to celebrate with all friends and family, so this will simply be a casual reception to get everyone under the same roof.

What do I wear?

Answer

Anything dressier than jeans or shorts? Feel free to go fancy or throw on a sundress. The venue is ~rustic~ and the floors are a bit uneven, so consider comfortable shoes.

What are we eating?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style with the following entree options: - Cabernet braised short ribs with caramelized onions and horseradish sauce - Cedar planked salmon with corn, tomato, and avocado salad and chimichurri sauce - Pasta with roasted butternut and delicata squashes, dates, leeks, feta, and seasonal roasted vegetables
