Schedule
Arrive ready to eat, drink, and dance! Doors open at 4:00 pm, but do not stress about being punctual. Cocktail "hour" will run until ~5:30 pm. We will have an after party at the Best Western Plus Concordville starting at 9:30 pm.
If you are driving or ubering, please access the venue from the Cossart Road entrance. See the yellow entry route in the image above.
We recommend that folks who are planning to uber home schedule a ride beforehand because service is limited at the venue.
Shuttles will provide roundtrip transportation for guests staying at the Brandywine River Hotel and Best Western Plus Concordville to Haskell's Barn (SIW). The first shuttle loop departs at 3:40 pm and the second loop departs at 4:25 pm. There will be shuttles available for early departures at 8:15 pm and departures at 9:15 pm. For guests staying at the Brandywine River Hotel, a shuttle will be available to transport people to the after party at 10:00 pm.
