Our deadline to RSVP will be no later than September 9, 2021
Of course. Please see the travel tab
The formal invitation will indicate if you can bring a guest or not.
Please refer to schedule itinerary for dress code suggestions broken down by event.
Please arrive no later than 4:15 P.M. Please read the ceremony portion in our schedule tab for further instruction on accessing the elevator as well as the address.
Due to capacity and guest list restrictions, we will have an adult-only reception, however; children are welcome at the wedding ceremony! We politely ask that if they accompany you to the ceremony, the 30 minute gap between the ceremony and reception be used to set them up with a sitter. Our reception will be strictly 18 years and older.
Absolutely-your meal will be selected a couple of months prior to the wedding. Please let us know at that time of any dietary requests or accommodations we can make for you.
Yes, and it is actually linked on this site! Please know that we are extremely blessed and truly consider your presence to be our present. In all seriousness, we are aware that coming out of a pandemic, many of our loved ones have faced hardship. We do not want or expect anyone to make this a financial burden.
The weather this time of year is beautiful! The average temperature on the day ranges from 67-75 degrees. The sun will set at approximately 6:47 P.M. The ceremony will be indoors and the reception will be a mix of indoors and outdoors.
Parking is free at both the ceremony and reception location. The university advised no towing is done on the weekend of weddings and the Merrimon Wynne shares a parking lot with the government building directly to right of the house. Plenty of street parking is also available.
Of course. Elevators and ramps are at both locations.
Yes we encourage you to do so. Please know that we do not want people pulling out their phone cameras and getting in the way of our photographers shots. Sticking your camera in the middle of the aisle is not allowed.
