We've reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Trio in Healdsburg which is about a 15 minute car or shuttle ride from the winery and a 5 minute ride to the Healdsburg Town Square. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the town square. All the rooms are suite style with a kitchen and many have a sofa bed if your group is a little larger. Travel Note
There are lots of other hotels in both downtown Healdsburg and Windsor (the two closest towns). If you're looking for a quintessential wine country experience, feel free to explore some of the boutique hotel options like the Grape Leaf Inn, or Camellia Inn. For more luxurious options, check out Hotel Healdsburg and h2hotel right in downtown Healdsburg. For big groups, 235 Suites in downtown Healdsburg is a beautiful option. Finally, there are also AirBnbs in the area which can provide a great option as well.

SFO is one of the two closest Airports. It's bigger than the Oakland Airport so usually has more options for flights.

Travel Note
If you'd prefer not to rent a car or rideshare from the airport to Sonoma, the Airport Express bus runs directly from SFO to the Sonoma County Airport multiple times a day. The Sonoma County Airport is a 20 minute bus ride away from the Windsor town depot, a or an even quicker Uber ride. One way fares are roughly $38. Please note that the one way trip takes about 2 hours so be sure to budget some extra time. See the website for more details on schedule and fares.
