Sunset Boat Tour Boat Casual: Come as you are! We recommend a swimsuit if you choose to participate in the swimming portions of the cruise. Specifically, we would recommend a dark colored swimsuit. The hot springs near the volcano contain sulfur which can stain light colored clothing. Welcome Party Something Blue: Cocktail attire. The bride and groom kindly request that the guests wear a shade of blue. Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks. Ceremony/Reception Formal Attire: Dress to impress in sophisticated, elevated looks. For women, this typically means floor-length or tea-length gowns. Chic, dressy jumpsuits or formal pant sets are also appropriate. For men, a suit and tie is required; a tuxedo is welcome but not necessary. Out of respect for the bride, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, cream, ivory, or similar light shades.
We will be providing transportation to and from all wedding events from the listed hotels in the "travel" section, so no need to worry about getting to the venue or any group activities. If you are staying outside of any of the suggested hotels, you will want to make sure that you plan transportation to one of them for pick-ups & drop-offs. If you’re planning to arrive early or stay after the wedding, we recommend renting a car to explore the island at your own pace. Santorini is small, but having a car makes it easy to visit beaches, wineries, and more remote villages. There are also public buses that run between major towns like Fira, Oia, and the beaches on the east side. The main bus hub is in Fira, and routes are affordable and reliable, though they can be crowded in peak season and may not run late at night. Taxis and private transfers are available as well, but they can be limited and expensive, so booking in advance is a good idea if you go that route. Hotel concierge services are helpful for arranging rides in advance. Uber and Lyft does not exist in Santorini, so do not plan on relying on these apps for transportation. Consider booking your transportation for the airport via this website in advance: https://www.welcomepickups.com/santorini/airport-taxi/
We’d love to keep our celebration intimate and ask that you refer to your formal invitation for specific guest details. If a plus-one is included, it will be listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to relax, let loose, and enjoy your travels!
We recommend arriving to the island by Wednesday, May 27th to have a buffer in case of flight delays. There will be wedding festivities Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. See "Schedule" for more details. If your vacation time allows, we highly recommend extending your stay to explore more of Santorini or island hop to another beautiful Greek island! The Bride and Groom will arrive to the island the weekend prior to the wedding and stay in Santorini through Sunday the 31st.
We recommend booking accommodations in Fira, Megalochori, or Pyrgos. These towns are all located along the caldera side of Santorini, offering stunning views and close proximity to our wedding venue and welcome party. Please look at the "travel" section where we have recommended hotels for your stay as well! Fira is the island’s capital and central hub, full of great restaurants, shops, and easy transportation options. Megalochori and Pyrgos offer a quieter, more charming vibe while still being nearby. While Oia is famously beautiful and worth visiting for the sunset, it’s quite a bit farther from the venue, typically more crowded, and significantly more expensive. We recommend visiting Oia during your stay, but not necessarily booking your accommodations there. We also recommend not staying on the east side of the island, as it’s much farther from the venue and less convenient for the wedding events.
Flights are available to book 1 year before the wedding. There's no time like the present!
Typical weather for this time of year in Santorini is 68°F to 75°F during the day and 64°F to 68°F at night. The ceremony and reception will be outside.

We want everyone to feel comfortable and well-fed. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance. Our venue will do their best to accommodate all requests. Please inform us as early as possible to ensure we can provide suitable options!
