Optional Shuttle Transportation to Pre-Arranged Accommodations

3:00 pm

This bus will meet just outside the Florence Train Station at 3:00 pm (15:00). The exact location of the pick-up is Piazzale Montelungo. If your plans include staying in Florence and arriving at the bus pick up spot on Friday afternoon from Florence we suggest taking a taxi to Piazzale Montelungo (Stazione Hub Montelungo). If your travel plans include getting to Florence via train on Friday afternoon get to the bus pick up location by getting off your train and walking towards the front of the station, BEFORE leaving the track area turn left and walk along Track 16 until the very end of the track. You will pass the train police station keep going until you see the long ramp heading down to the busses. If you hit Track 18 you have gone too far. There will be separate busses for each accommodation. If you RSVP "no" to this you are expected to find your own transportation to either Hotel Villa dei Bosconi or Castello del Trebbio to check-in for the weekend.

Ceremony

Formal and lots of color . . . Women think: colorful maxi dresses, jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, we would not pack thin heels. Men think: linen suits, breathable pants and linen button down.

Aperitif, dinner and dancing to follow! Transportation from/to Villa dei Bosconi will be provided.

Check Out & Optional Farewell Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

We hope that everyone has more travel plans pre/post our wedding so while we would love to have you for brunch we do want to make this optional and hope you catch whatever plane, train, or automobile necessary! Transportation from Villa dei Bosconi will be provided for brunch and to collect the optional shuttle.
