Our wedding will take place at Windmill Winery in Florence, Arizona, a small town about 45 minutes southeast of Phoenix. If you're traveling from out of town, you can fly into either Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) or Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA). PHX offers more flight options, while AZA is a bit closer to the venue. We recommend renting a car, as Florence has limited rideshare availability. We have reserved a room block at our host hotel (details below). Because Florence has limited lodging options, we encourage guests to book early. Once the room block fills, we cannot guarantee additional rooms or the group rate. On the wedding day, transportation will be provided between the hotel and the venue, so there's no need to arrange transportation back to the hotel after the celebration. When Should I Arrive? For guests who would like to arrive a day early, we'll be hosting a casual welcome gathering open to all guests on Thursday, November 19, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. We'd love to see you there, but attendance is completely optional. On Friday, November 20, we welcome guests beginning at 3:30 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Immediate family members participating in family photos or the ceremony rehearsal will receive separate arrival instructions. If you're flying in on Friday and heading straight to the wedding, we recommend booking a flight that lands no later than 1:00 PM at PHX or 1:30 PM at AZA to allow time for baggage claim, rental car pickup, and the drive to Florence.
