Please don't feel any pressure to attend our wedding. We know that celebrating with us may require travel, time off work, childcare arrangements, and other commitments. While we'd love to see you, we completely understand if attending isn't practical or comfortable for you. If your plans change before the wedding, simply let us know. We'd much rather have you make the decision that's right for you and your family than feel obligated to attend. Your love and friendship are what matter most to us, whether you're celebrating in person or cheering us on from afar.
Invites will be sent in summer of 2026. Please RSVP by October 1, 2026, so we can finalize seating, catering, and all the little details that help make the day special.
Our wedding will be held at Windmill Winery in Florence, Arizona.
Absolutely! All wedding guests are invited to join us for a casual welcome gathering on Thursday evening. It's a chance to say hello, meet other guests, and kick off the wedding weekend together. Attendance is completely optional, so please don't feel any pressure. Whether we see you Thursday or Friday, we'll be excited to celebrate with you.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early so you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the festivities begin.
Our dress code is *Joy* Forget the traditional wedding dress code rules. We want you to wear whatever makes you feel amazing. Whether that's a sundress, a couture gown, boots and denim, a colorful suit, sequins, florals, or something you've been waiting for an excuse to wear, we'd love to see it. For reference, Lauren will be in a giant ballgown, and Brad will be in jeans and a (fancy :D) cowboy hat. When people feel beautiful and confident, they radiate joy. That's the atmosphere we hope to create on our wedding day, so come dressed as the happiest version of yourself.
Both! The ceremony will be outdoors, while the reception will include both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Yes... and no. We'll provide transportation between our host hotel and the venue on the wedding day, so once you're checked in, we've got you covered for the wedding festivities. Getting to Florence, however, is up to you. Transportation between Phoenix and Florence is not provided, and Uber/Lyft availability can be spotty in the area. If you're flying in, we recommend renting a car to make your travels as easy and stress-free as possible.
We have reserved a room block at our host hotel. Details can be found on the Travel & Accommodations page. Because lodging options in Florence are limited, we encourage guests to book early.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) are both convenient options. PHX offers more flight choices, while AZA is a bit closer to the venue.
We recommend renting a car if you're traveling from out of town. Florence has limited rideshare availability, and a rental car will make getting around much easier.
Please plan to take your vehicle with you at the end of the evening. If you've arranged alternate transportation and are considering leaving your car overnight, please reach out to us ahead of time so we can confirm the venue's current policy.
If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be listed on your invitation and RSVP.
If your children are invited, their names will be included on your invitation and RSVP. If they aren't listed, we kindly ask that you consider it an adults-only invitation. Thank you for understanding as we do our best to balance our guest list and venue capacity!
Absolutely! Come ready to celebrate with us.
Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
We kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Once the ceremony is over, we'd love for you to snap and share photos throughout the celebration.
Mostly. We kindly ask that guests put away phones and cameras during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. We've hired a wonderful photographer to capture the important memories, and we'd love to see a sea of smiling faces rather than cell phones when we say "I do." Once the ceremony is over, feel free to snap photos and share your favorite moments from the celebration!
Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. For those who would like to celebrate with a gift, we've created a registry and appreciate your thoughtfulness. See link in website menu bar.
November in Arizona is one of our favorite times of year! Expect mild temperatures, sunny skies, and cool evenings. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for after sunset.
Arizona has so much to offer, whether you're looking for outdoor adventures, great food, golf, spas, or simply some sunshine and relaxation. We're putting together a list of some of our favorite local attractions, restaurants, and activities on our Things to Do page (currently in progress). We hope you'll take some time to explore and enjoy your visit!
Feel free to reach out to either of us (or more likely Lauren for a quicker answer :D). We're happy to help and can't wait to celebrate with you!
