This one is especially close to our hearts. Both of us have jumped at Skydive Arizona and absolutely loved the experience. Whether you're an experienced skydiver or have always wondered what it's like to jump out of a perfectly good airplane, Skydive Arizona is one of the premier drop zones in the world. The views of the Arizona desert are incredible, and the thrill of freefall is something you'll never forget. If you're looking for an unforgettable adventure while you're here, this is it.
Topgolf Scottsdale
Whether you're a serious golfer or have never picked up a club, Topgolf is a fun way to spend an afternoon or evening with friends and family. Enjoy games, food, drinks, and a little friendly competition while taking aim at giant targets from your climate-controlled bay. It's one of our favorite spots for a casual night out and a great option if you're looking for something fun to do in the Scottsdale area.
South Mountain Park and Preserve
One of our favorite things about living in Phoenix is having one of the largest urban parks in the country right in our backyard. South Mountain offers miles of hiking and biking trails, stunning desert scenery, and some of the best panoramic views of the Valley. If you're looking to experience the beauty of the Sonoran Desert without venturing too far from the city, this is a great place to start.
Phoenix Zoo
Home to more than 3,000 animals from around the world, the Phoenix Zoo is one of Arizona's most popular family attractions. From giraffes and elephants to playful otters and native Arizona wildlife, there's something for animal lovers of all ages.
