1:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Beach day
For those arriving early, we’ll kick off the weekend with a laid-back day in a beach club called Mona at Joaquina Beach (just a short drive from the lagoon area where we recommended everyone stay). Joaquina is a beautiful, easygoing spot with great restaurants, beach clubs, and a small hiking area. It’s also right next to the island’s famous sand dunes, where you can try sandboarding if you’re up for some adventure! We reserved a spot for our group on Mona’s deck just to be safe, but the beach club has everything you need for the day: beach chairs, cocktails, appetizers, and full lunch options. No set schedule here: just come by, relax, and enjoy some sunshine and ocean views with everyone. Beach area closes at 6 pm. You can uber there (put Joaquina as drop off). Bring cash if you'd like to buy beach souvenirs or sandboard. The club accepts credit cards.
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Beach Cocktail Attire
Expect a traditional Southern Brazilian barbecue dinner, bites and drinks. To be held outdoors in a garden lounge setting - if weather allows. Grass terrain (and a bit of sand if you wish to explore the property). We encourage comfortable shoes, light flowy outfits, khaki shorts and short sleeve button-downs. Transfers will depart in front of Hotel Boutique Quinta das Videiras (Lagoon area) at 3 pm and return at 10 pm, Ubers are also available at all times. Give yourself 30-40 min due to traffic. We can't wait!

Beach Formal Attire
The ceremony is expected to be held on a grass area, followed by cocktail hour and reception inside the club's venue. To ensure everyone is comfortable on December weather, we suggest male guests opt for lightweight fabrics like linen or cotton, and that female guests choose light, airy outfits and comfy shoes. Some inspiration on: https://www.brides.com/beach-wedding-attire-4842339. We can't wait to celebrate and dance with you all!! Your presence means the world to us.

Beach day (laid back)
We’ll be spending the afternoon at Mona, a beach club in Joaquina (just a short drive from the lagoon area where we recommended everyone stay). Joaquina is a beautiful yet laid-back beach with beach restaurants and even a small hiking area. It’s also right next to the largest sand dunes in Florianopolis, where you can try sandboarding. We have a group reservation on Mona’s deck area and will be serving some light bites earlier in the afternoon. The beach club has everything you need to enjoy the day: beach chairs, refreshing cocktails, appetizers, and lunch options. This will be a very relaxed plan, so feel free to come and go whenever works best for you. Beach closes at 6 pm. Our idea is to hang and say our goodbyes with a view of the ocean instead of the lagoon. P.S. Same beach club where we’ll meet up on Thursday pm with the early arrivals! You can uber there (put Joaquina as drop off). Bring cash if you'd like to buy beach souvenirs or sandboard. Club accepts credit cards.
