We also highly recommend searching Airbnb and VRBO for rentals! This can be a very cost-friendly option and there are many places available in the Asheville area. However, we suggest booking well in advance given that our wedding is over the Memorial Day weekend and places could go quickly!

Travel Note

Transportation to Venue

Transportation will be provided to our ceremony/reception venue for just over 50 guests on a first-come-first serve basis. 2 large passenger vans and a mini-bus will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn - Downtown Asheville hotel at 3:30pm (guests should arrive at 3:15pm). The trip is expected to take between 30-45 minutes. If you are not staying at this hotel, you can still take this transportation. We ask that you make your way to the hotel via uber/lyft or by driving (parking is available) if you would like to use it. The venue also accommodates 40 cars in their parking lot if you choose to drive. Those that take transportation to the ceremony/reception will be transported back to the hotel or after party location when the event concludes, at 10:30pm.
