Shuttles To & From Pippin Hill

Please be sure to read ALL of the information below. We have reserved two 55 passenger coach buses to transport guests to and from Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards, on July 19th. Parking at our wedding venue is limited and we want everyone to have fun and be safe on our wedding day. We have reserved enough seats to transport all guests. The shuttles will pick-up all guests from the same location, the Water St at Omni Bus Stop, located on Water St - at the back of the Omni Charlottesville hotel. This is conveniently located between all hotel blocks. Please be aware, if you input "Water St at Omni" into google maps, there are TWO bus stops that will auto-populate. One of which is the wrong bus stop, it is located on Ridge McIntire Rd, do NOT go here. However, if you do end up here, this stop is a 2-minute walk (400ft) from the correct bus stop. Please refer to the maps and bus stop image sent via email for assistance. Shuttles will arrive for pick-up at 5:00PM and depart promptly at 5:15PM. Guests will arrive at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards between 5:40PM - 5:45PM. The ceremony will begin at 6:00PM. While we would love for everyone to stay for the entire reception, we understand some people will not be able to for various reasons, therefore we will be providing an early shuttle departing at 10:15PM. Our DJ will announce when this shuttle is ready for guests who wish to leave early. For those who do not take the early shuttle, the reception will end at 12:00AM and the shuttles will depart at approximately 12:15PM. The shuttles will drop-off guests back at the pick-up location on Water St. If you wish to continue your night, you can walk from the bus stop to the Downtown Mall (a pedestrian only outdoor shopping complex with plenty of restaurants and bars - please refer to our "A Guide to Charlottesville" page for more details) via the courtyard behind the Omni Hotel. Flying Directly into Charlottesville

Fly into Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport (CHO) directly and then use an airport shuttle, Uber or Lyft to your accommodation. **Please do not book your flight to Charlotte, North Carolina, we've had a few people almost accidentally do this** The airport is approximately 24 minutes from downtown Charlottesville where most hotels are located. Flying into Washington DC

For those interested in visiting Washington DC before the wedding! (This route may also be cheaper for some international guests). All Washington DC airports are located in Northern Virginia. Fly into Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and then take public transportation or a car service into Washington DC. For the wedding, you can travel from Washington DC Union Station (WAS) to Charlottesville (CVS) by train via AMTRAK (approximately 2.5 hours).
