Question

How and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP by **March 1st, 2024** in order to book hop on tour buses, and open more hotel blocks if needed. Please RSVP by responding directly on this website, via the RSVP page. If you have any difficulty, please do not hesitate to reach out to the bride and/or groom!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our apologies, but unfortunately not. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. However, due to the summer heat, suit jackets are optional. This being said, please also keep in mind that the reception will be indoors with air conditioning, which may become cold. Acceptable attire would include a floor-length dress, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit, as well as formal trousers, a buttoned shirt, and a tie or bow tie, with the option of a jacket. It should go without saying, but please do not wear white. If you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to either the bride or groom!

Question

Will food be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, there will be a two-course artisan plated dinner. The second course will be a duet plate, therefore it will include two entrées consisting of two proteins and two sides, on the same plate. If you have any dietary restrictions your plate will be adjusted to reflect these.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please notify the bride and groom of any dietary restrictions as soon as possible. You will be able to list any when you RSVP for the reception. We may not be able to accommodate restrictions if they are given to us after 03/01/2024.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, you will have open access to 4 wine selections and 4 beer selections, determined by the bride and groom, as well as 5 hard liquor options and standard cocktail ingredients.

Question

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue, however it is limited and cars must be removed by 10:00AM the next morning. However, we recommend taking the complimentary transportation provided.

Question

If I am not taking the complimentary transportation, what time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:50PM. There will be welcome drinks upon arrival and the ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00PM. However, we highly recommend taking the transportation provided to avoid disruptions and ensure everyone gets back to their accommodation safely.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, please visit the Wedding Weekend Schedule page for information.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Everything is on one level and is easily accessible by wheelchair. However, there is a gravel pathway at the entrance that you may need assistance going across. Please note that if you or a family member struggle with inclines or gravel and need more assistance than someone helping you walk, it would be helpful for you to have access to a wheelchair for the event.

Question

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Answer

We will communicate any important changes via email. Therefore, please be sure we have your updated email address! If you would prefer we reach out to you via phone, please let us know!
