Wedding Welcome

Welcome! Refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be offered to guests upon arrival to our wedding venue! After which, guests will be directed to their seats for the wedding ceremony.
Wedding Ceremony
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

The event is formal attire, jacket optional due to weather. The ceremony will be held outdoors, on a grass lawn, therefore please rethink stilettos, as well as keep the high heat and the indoor air conditioning in mind!
The wedding ceremony will begin at 6:00PM. If for some reason, you are not taking our complimentary transportation (more info on our transport page), please arrive no later than 5:50PM to avoid disruptions.
Cocktail Hour
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

After the ceremony, cocktails and canapés will be served on the veranda and adjacent lawn. Guests can enjoy the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains and vineyard views. The veranda does provide shade and is equipped with fans, however, it will still be quite warm underneath, so please keep this in mind!
Wedding Reception
7:30 pm - 11:45 pm

After cocktail hour guests will move indoors, into The Granary, for the wedding reception. Please take your seats at your assigned table immediately as dinner will be served shortly after! Meal information can be found on our FAQs page. Please be sure to notify us of any dietary restrictions you have when you RSVP for the event. We can only accommodate for those who notify us prior.

Farmer's Market Breakfast

Join us Saturday morning for breakfast at The Farmer's Market at IX Art Park! In addition to fresh local produce, there will be prepared food vendors that will tempt you with tacos, waffles, pies, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, drinks, and more!
CVille Hop on Tours

After breakfast, those interested can join us in hopping onto CVille Hop on Tour buses to spend the day exploring breweries, cideries, & wineries around Charlottesville! We will book buses based on the number of RSVPs for this specific event. All attendees are expected to pay for their own seat. Unfortunately, seats are limited, so they will be offered on a first come, first served basis. **Important Information** - 21+ Only - $75 per person (before tax) - There are multiple locations to choose from for each stop, per tour!
