Jeff will be our primary contact orchestrating all room reservations and other travel accommodations if requested. We have a block of rooms set aside with reduced rates for our wedding which can ONLY be accessed with Jeff through the above-noted website. There is no cost to you to utilize Jeff's travel services and the resort has asked that we coordinate all of our room requests through Jeff. All invited guests will receive an invite by June 2021 with all of the details to begin travel planning. After you receive the formal invite (or before if you have already received the Save the Date), we encourage you to contact Jeff at your EARLIEST convenience for pricing and availability. We hope you can join us - we promise it will be a vacation you will never forget!
Travel Note
Please note that up-to-date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be valid for 6 months after returning from international travel per current US regulations. The earlier you get your passport, the cheaper it is! We encourage you to do this asap.
Flight
Guests should arrange their flights to arrive at the Cancún International Airport. The resort is located just 35 minutes away.
Travel Note
U.S. citizens that are not fully vaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative Covid-19 test 1 day prior to departure. Citizens that are fully vaccinated are required to present the airline with proof of vaccination along with results of a negative Covid-19 test taken 3 days before their flight. You can request the Antigen1 and PCR Tests Service from the very moment of your arrival. Rapid Antigen tests are free of charge and PCR tests have an additional cost of $90 USD per person. It is important to schedule an appointment 3 days before your departure flight. Remember to make your appointment at the laboratory area or through the Concierge desk. Service is available every day from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Concierge will tell you where the sample will be collected on the resort premises. Results will be delivered to your email within an hour for antigen tests or after 24 hours for PCR tests.
