Can I bring a date?

All guests have been invited to bring a significant other, but if you decide to fly solo, there will be plenty of our friends who will be coming as singles as well. No matter your situation, you will be bound to have a blast. We hope this option provides each and every guest with the opportunity to enjoy themselves to the fullest.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We negotiated a steep discount at the Embassy Suites. After extensive research in the area, we have secured a rate that is extremely competitive with local bed & breakfasts, AirBnB, VRBO, and other hotels. We hope all guests will take advantage of the rate at the Embassy Suites so that we can all spend time together throughout the weekend. Each room can accomodate 6 people and it will include free daily breakfast & cocktail hours, along with all of the amenities of hotel living. Do you know anyone looking to share a room or rental car?

Answer

We will be creating a group on Facebook to allow guests to "meet" and arrange sharing rooms, rental cars, or car hires for wine tours. We hope everyone will be able to work out the best accommodations for their situation.

It is our duty to make sure our guests have an amazing time in Wine Country. We are asking that guests take advantage of sitters for their children. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, we will be providing transportation from the Embassy Suites to the Chardonnay Golf Club on the day of the wedding.

We have both been living together for over two years and have most all of the items we need. We are kindly asking for gifts that can fit in an envelope in order to make our travel home easier.
