Flight

Palm Springs International Airport

Palm Springs is served by a regional airport, making it a convenient option for many travelers. There are several flights from NYC and Philly to PSP with just one layover. If you're not local to SoCal, we recommend planning a pre- or post-trip to the area. This time of year offers perfect temperatures, and with kids back in school, the crowds are much lighter. Whether it’s starting in SF for a PCH and Big Sur road trip, flying into Vegas to check off the Grand Canyon before heading through the California desert, flying into Lake Tahoe before making Matt's favorite drive down CA's 395 (visiting Mt Whitney & Death Valley on the way!), or spending a week in Yosemite or Sequoia National Park—now is the ideal time to explore!

Flight

LAX

Many guests will be flying into LAX for the direct flight. While you're more than welcome to rent a car with friends for the weekend (since LA is definitely a driving city!), over 60% of our guests are planning to drive out from Los Angeles. If you'd like to make a new friend or share the ride, let us know—we’d be happy to connect you with others looking for carpool options!

Hotel

Casa Cody

175 South Cahuilla Road, Palm Springs, CA 92262

We’ve completely privatized the charming boutique hotel Casa Cody—the oldest hotel in Palm Springs—from October 2nd–4th. We worked hard to secure the best possible rates (Matt’s specialty—he’ll tell you he’s not cheap, just “cost-to-value conscious”) so that as many of our favorite people as possible can stay right in the heart of the celebration. Rooms will be thoughtfully grouped so family and friends can stay close together. Casa Cody features 30 rooms and we’re expecting 80–100 guests. If you’re not staying on property, not to worry—we’ve also secured a room block just across the street at Palm Mountain Resort & Spa, which adjoins the property and offers easy, seamless access to Casa Cody throughout the weekend. If you have any concerns about your assigned room, please let Caitlin or Matt know and we’d be happy to coordinate with the hotel to explore alternate options, based on availability. While we negotiated the hell out of the room rates, pricing begins at $500 per night. If this doesn’t feel like the right fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re more than happy to help arrange alternative accommodations. Accommodations include breakfast.
