What is the theme for Fantasy Fest 2023?

Answer

The theme is Uniforms and Unicorns. The theme is a suggestion of what to base your costumes on but not a requirement. We are sometimes inspired by the theme but in the end, do whatever we want to do with our costumes. A lot of regulars abide by the following costumes for some of the days no matter what the theme. The costume ideas below correspond to theme parties on those days. (We have lots of our own ideas so we generally do not follow the themes) Sunday - Zombies (We encourage you to participate in the Zombie bike ride, it's one of the most fun events) Monday- Fetish Night (Some Fantasy Fest Besties will be doing black tape creations) Tuesday - Tutu Tuesday Wednesday - Plaid and Red Night (Fantasy Fest Besties will be wearing Lego costumes) Thursday - Togas (Besties are doing Wild West night. Think cowboys, cowgirls and horses. The key word being WILD ;) Friday - Wedding Day and Purple outfits! Saturday - Parade Day - wear what you want! Why should I come?

Answer

If you are excited for a big, fancy wedding, this is not it! Not even close. This is a wedding of 2 people who don't like traditional weddings. So ours will be silly and fun and short. And in the event of rain, it might not really even happen. We know that it's a very big expense and effort to get to Key West during this time. You should come if you've always really wanted to experience Fantasy Fest. You'll get to meet our AMAZING friends from all around the country that we meet up with there year after year. Kurt and I have attended Fantasy Fest for 11 years. We all stay connected year round in a group I named Fantasy Fest Besties!

What about gifts?

Answer

No gifts please. If you would like to give us something, one of our friends came up with a fun idea. Buy or make us an ornament that reminds you of us or something you've done with us. We are great at Halloween but not so great at Christmas. Your ornaments will adorn our tree forever!
