The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center
Reservations can be made through our reservation link to get a discounted room rate of $189 per night. Book by August 30th at 5 pm to lock in this rate. The Westin is very centrally located downtown with lots of restaurants and attractions accessible by walking and the free street car.

This is another recommended hotel downtown if you choose not to stay at the Westin. We do not have a room block here but wanted to include another option.
Flight
Kansas City International Airport
Kansas City has one international airport that you will fly in and out of. You can rent a car or Uber to the hotel/wherever you're staying.
Shuttle
Shuttle from the main hotel to the ceremony

A shuttle will be running to take guests from the main hotel to the venue and then again to return at the end of the evening. We are planning to have two departure times at the end of the night for those who would like to leave early and for those who want to stay until the end.

There are plenty of Airbnb/VRBO short-term rental options in KC if you decide not to stay at the Westin. We recommend staying in the downtown, Westport, Midtown, or Plaza areas for convenience, proximity to attractions, walkability, and restaurants.
