Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We encourage everyone to arrive at their leisure on Saturday, May 23. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings prior to wedding festivities.

Question

How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is at the top of the mountain! We are providing a shuttle service from the lodge to the ski lift, so grab your family and friends and hop on! The drive takes up to 12 minutes, then you may take the 6 minute ski lift ride to the peak. If you are unable to take the ski lift, a driving route is available. There will be directional signage around the lodge to make sure you find the way! Plan to arrive at the ceremony at 3:30 pm for refreshments and to grab your seats. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are formal events! Please enjoy this opportunity to dress up in something that makes you feel elegant and confident. Our colors are pine, ivory, and peach. Please avoid white, ivory, cream, etc. Our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be indoors. The weather can be on the cooler side this time of year, so please bring a light jacket or cover up if you think you may be cold. Consider wearing flats, wedges, or block heels as the outdoor surfaces are unpaved and may difficult to walk on in heels.

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. You may want to consider bringing layers and sun protection!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation to determine if you have a plus one keeping in mind that space is limited.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of our ring bearer and flower girl. Feel free to take this opportunity to steal yourselves away for a couple’s weekend, if desired. If you choose to bring your little humans with you, it is our pleasure to be providing on-site childcare during the ceremony and reception. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can staff the proper amount of sitters.

Question

Transportation / Parking / Lodging

Answer

For all your travel questions, please visit the Travel page on our website. If you have any accessibility concerns for the venue, please contact us directly.

Question

Drama Free Zone

Answer

There is a strict drama-free policy at our wedding. This weekend is for joy and celebration with our loved ones, not an event to air out any issues - personal or political. If you are unable to abide by this, you will be asked to leave.
