Question
Will there be a shuttle service on the wedding day?
Answer
Yes, complimentary shuttle service will be provided for our guests staying at the Fairfield Inn. Departure: Shuttles will depart promptly from the hotel lobby at 3:30 PM & 4:00PM. Please plan to meet in the lobby by 3:20 PM or 3:50PM, depending on your chosen shuttle time. Return: Shuttles will depart the venue beginning at 9:00 PM until 10:30 PM to return guests to the hotel.

Is there parking available at Kiana Lodge?
Answer
Yes, there is a parking lot located within the Kiana Lodge gates. All parking at the venue is free but no overnight parking is allowed. We ask that all guests travel responsibly and plan for a designated driver or opt to take the shuttles or taxi/uber if you're planning on drinking.

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on the Kiana Lodge lawn, weather permitting! Dinner and dancing will be inside the garden atrium.

What is the dress code?

We kindly ask that all guests honor our formal dress code. Suits & long/midi dresses requested.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love all of our guests' children, this is an adult only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you're able to make a fun date night out of the evening. Kids welcome at Saturday's farewell event!

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your formal invitation is addressed to you and a guest, your date is welcome! If there is no guest indicated on your invitation or your RSVP, please come and enjoy the festivities by yourself. We have planned this weekend to have our closest family and friends in attendance and ask all our guests to please respect our guest list limitations.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
As anyone from Washington will know, it is impossible to predict the weather here. The average high in Poulsbo in early June is usually around 60-70° F but it will likely get chillier in the evening. We're hoping for sun but there is a 20% chance of rain on average this time of year.
