We’d love for you to join us for casual pre‑wedding drinks the night before the big day! It’s completely optional, just a relaxed chance to say hello and kick off the celebrations together.
Friday, June 5, 2026
Shuttle Service
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
A shuttle service will be provided for our guests staying at the Fairfield Inn. Departure: Shuttles will depart promptly from the hotel lobby at 3:30 PM & 4:00PM. Please plan to meet in the lobby by 3:20 PM or 3:50PM, depending on your chosen shuttle time. Return: Shuttles will depart the venue beginning at 9:00 PM until 10:30 PM to return guests to the hotel.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Formal attire: suits and long/midi dresses kindly requested
The Ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. The venue contains a variety of terrains to include grass, gravel, and brick so please choose your footwear accordingly. Dinner & dancing to follow.

Farewell Event

We’d love to keep the festivities going and see everyone again for a relaxed farewell gathering! No pressure to attend, just an opportunity to share a few more laughs and say goodbye before everyone heads home. Food and drinks provided.
