Denver International Airport

Denver Airport has the most flight availability, and has direct flights from a lot of other airports! It is a 1.5-2 hour drive to Vail depending on traffic and weather, but a lovely drive to experience Colorado's natural beauty! Denver also has a variety of rental cars available. NOTE: There is construction on I-70, and there are currently 20 minute traffic holds Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30am to 2:30pm. Please plan accordingly.

Eagle County Regional Airport

The Eagle airport is a small regional airport, that usually has connecting flights from major airports. It is a 20-40 minute drive to Vail depending on weather and traffic. A slightly closer option for those looking for a shorter drive in! Eagle also has a variety of rental cars available.

Evergreen Lodge at Vail

This is where Robby and I stayed for my Vail Fellowship interview, during which we got engaged! This is likely the most affordable option in Vail. It is a quaint lodge with good bones and a longstanding history. They have a bar with pool tables which we utilized a lot during our stay.

This adorable boutique hotel is located pretty close to our venue! It has limited rooms so if you are interested make sure to inquire sooner rather than later.

The Four Seasons is located in the heart of Vail, and has several luxury amenities if you're looking to be spoiled while traveling here! Tavernetta is their Italian restaurant, we just tried it and the dessert is amazing!
