Approximate timeline 3:00-4:30pm will be cocktails 4:30-5:30 will be appetizers 5:30pm dinner will begin La Botegga is a short walk from the Vail Village or Lionshead parking structures (Lionshead and Vail Village Parking is usually free after 3pm.

Join us for a cozy evening at the brewery to kick off the wedding weekend! The vibe is casual and weather-friendly—think jeans, sweaters, flannels, boots, or jackets. We'll be keeping warm with good beer and even better company, so dress comfortably for the crisp fall weather!
This is an informal gathering—we haven't reserved the space, so feel free to come and go as you please. There will be drinks available for purchase at the bar and food available for purchase at the food truck (Rocky Mountain Taco), so grab what you like and join us for a relaxed night of fun and mingling!

This event is semi-formal, cocktail attire.
Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors in the mountains during the fall, surrounded by beautiful scenery—and cooler temperatures! Please plan for uneven ground and grass, so we recommend comfortable footwear (like block heels or flats) and layers to stay warm as the temperature can drop quickly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in the crisp mountain air!
Reception

Cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so bring a layer to stay comfortable in the crisp mountain air. The reception will follow under a tent, offering some shelter from the elements—but keep in mind it’s still fall in the mountains, so we recommend dressing warmly and choosing shoes suitable for grass or uneven ground. We’re excited to celebrate with you, rain or shine!

Fall nights in the mountains can get chilly, so please dress warmly with layers, jackets, and cozy shoes. We want everyone to be comfortable and enjoy the end of the evening under the stars!
The celebration doesn’t end after the reception! We’ll be having a small, informal after-party back at our cabins—with a bonfire, cake, and cozy vibes. Swing by if you'd like to wind down the night with us under the stars. Bring a jacket and your best s'mores energy! IF YOU WANT TO STAY FOR THE AFTERPARTY YOU WILL HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE VENUE. Any transportation scheduled will not run after the end of our reception. If the fire bans escalate, we will not be able to have a bonfire during our after party. Please check back for updates.
