Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Monroe Street Abbey, located at 302 W Monroe St, Phoenix, AZ 85003, in downtown Phoenix.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Guests should plan to arrange their own transportation, and we encourage ride sharing if possible. Ride-share services are readily available in downtown Phoenix, and many nearby hotels are within a short distance of the venue.

Yes. There is a parking garage located directly across the street from the venue.

The suggested attire for the event is formal or cocktail. We encourage guests to dress up and celebrate with us!

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors, weather permitting.

Is bringing a plus-one permitted?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be indicated.

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless children are specifically included on your invitation. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening!

Yes. We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. This allows everyone to be fully present for the moment, and our photographer will capture the memories for us.

Answer

Mid-February in Phoenix is typically pleasant and mild, offering ideal desert weather with average highs around 70 degrees and cool, crisp nights around 50 degrees. Days are usually sunny and dry, though it is part of a rainy period, so occasional light showers are possible. Expect comfortable conditions perfect for outdoor activities.

How far in advance should travel arrangements be made?

We recommend booking your flights and accommodations as early as possible. Our wedding weekend coincides with the opening weekend of Major League Baseball Spring Training in the Phoenix area, which is a very popular time to visit Phoenix. Reserving travel well in advance will help ensure the best availability and accommodations.
