We have arranged for a shuttle to depart from Brookstreet Hotel* to Evermore Weddings & Events; there will be a stop at the Grand Hotel along the way to pick up guests staying closer to the event location. To ensure a timely arrival, please note the shuttle will depart: The Brookstreet Hotel at 2:45 p.m. sharp (boarding starts at 2:35 p.m.) The Grand Hotel at 3:25 p.m. sharp (boarding starts at 3:15 p.m.) There are two shuttle return times to Brookstreet Hotel, including a stop at the Grand Hotel: 10:30 p.m. (boarding starts at 10:20 p.m.) 1:00 a.m. (end of the celebration) (boarding starts at 12:50 a.m.) *If you plan on spending the night at Brookstreet Hotel, please note the standard check-in time is 4 p.m., which is after our shuttle departure and ceremony start time. You will need to request an early check-in with the front desk. If you live in Ottawa and do not plan on spending the night at a hotel, we suggest getting a lift to and from Brookstreet to keep your travel costs to a minimum. This way you can indulge in a glass of wine, whisky, or a cocktail (or two, or three) with us at our open bar!
