Orlando International Airport (MCO)

MCO will be your best bet to fly into Orlando for the weekend. It is approximately a 30 to 40-minute drive from our venue and hotels in the surrounding area. If you're flying in on Saturday morning, please be sure to plan for extra travel time in case of traffic (e.g., all of the families visiting Disney World :).

Hilton Garden Inn Apopka City Center

This hotel is in the same parking lot as the wedding venue, so it is only a 60-second walk to the venue! Additionally, it is a nice Hilton hotel that has free parking, a fitness center, and a pool, all at a discounted rate of $119 per night before tax with our group code. They have rooms with either two queen beds or a single king bed available. However, only king beds are showing on the website, so your best bet is to call in and make the reservation over the phone. You can call and reference the Sheedy/Shaw Wedding or provide the group code WSHSH. It will be valid until May 21st.

Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-Apopka

Just a 7-minute drive or Uber from the venue, the rooms here are $109 per night plus taxes, so it is just a little cheaper than the Hilton. There are both double queen rooms and single king rooms available for that price. It also includes a breakfast buffet and complimentary parking. Please be sure to call in and reference the discount code or enter the discount code online to ensure that you can take advantage of our group rate. It will be valid until June 4th.

If you want to go for a budget option, this motel is only about $70 per night before taxes and fees, and it's just a 4-minute drive or Uber from the venue. There is no wedding block of rooms, so feel free to book with them directly if you choose this option.
