This is our recommended location. Approximately 12 miles from the venue but close to a lot of shopping, restaurants, and Silver Metro line to easily get into DC if you'd like. Free shuttle to and from Dulles Airport as well.

Flight information

We highly recommend flying into Dulles International Airport (IAD). Reagan (DCA) is in Arlington, VA - which is 40 minutes to 1 hour away from Leesburg. However, we strongly advise against flying into BWI (Baltimore).

Alternate places to stay

We understand that not everyone may want to stay at the hotel we selected. However, please note that there are no hotels on the west side of Leesburg / near the venue. There are some closer to the Leesburg Outlet Mall but you would likely not be able to utilize a free shuttle to/from the airport. We recommend looking into places like an Airbnb if you do not choose to go the hotel route but need a place to stay.

Transportation to and from venue

We highly recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft to reach the venue if you plan on drinking. Alternatively, we also recommend having a designated driver (DD) and carpooling to the event. There is plenty of parking on site.
