We ask that you RSVP by Friday, September 22nd, 2023.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided (09/22/2023), it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited to your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they would appear under your name when you RSVP.
We have chosen to make our special day to be an adults-only wedding and hope that the advance notice means you are still able to attend. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself! We thank you for your understanding.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We ask that you arrive in your best cocktail attire. Due to non-traditional choices by the bride and groom, we ask that you refrain from wearing black dresses or all black attire.
The ceremony and the receptions will both take place indoors. There will also be a few cocktail tables and chairs set up on the patio during the reception for you to enjoy as well.
Guest can start entering the venue for the ceremony at 6:15 PM. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:30 PM, so please arrive a few minutes early to find a seat.
Yes! There will be plenty of free parking at the venue. There will be parking available along the street front of the venue (dragon street). There is also a parking lot behind the venue, but the gates will be locked one hour after the event ends (1:30 am) and remain locked for the weekend. In the event you need to leave a vehicle overnight, street parking would be your best option!
Yes! Onsite guest parking will be available and the venue has ramps to accommodate wheelchairs.
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit where you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photography to capture this special day and we'd hate for their shots to have phones in them. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want!
Yes you can! Please make this request when you RSVP.
Yes you can! The dinner provided during the reception will have beef as the main course and will include dairy and gluten. If your diet does not accommodate for this, please let us know when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
