The ceremony and reception are "Garden Attire" as explained below. While your basics stay the same, dress for the ladies, suit and dress shirt for the gents, this is a great time to loosen up on the fit and get more adventurous with colors. Summery colors like pastels, coral, turquoise, and shades of tan and grey are definitely a great choice.

Acadia National Park should absolutely be on your list of things to see and experience while on MDI. A Park Pass is required and some popular destinations like Cadillac Mountain Summit require a reservation to visit. All 5 of us will be staying at the Bar Harbor Inn, in the Main Inn building from Friday May 27th through Monday May 30th. We will depart for NC on Tuesday May 31st.
Yes, seriously. We want you and your family to explore everything MDI has to offer. Most guests won't be in town for too long. There is so much to see and do, but if you want to drop by, have a beer and mingle with some other guests, feel free!
The reception will be held in the Reading Room and will include a brunch buffet, bar with beer & wine, and live orchestral music. We are going for low key.
