The Castle Rooms
(Les chambres du château)
Since we have booked the castle for exclusive use, these will be filled first with overflow referred to the lodges. There are 19 rooms in the castle including a single, many doubles, and a few suites. It is the castle's policy that the wedding couple assign the rooms to their guests so we will strive to assign the rooms appropriately. There are also extra rollaway beds or cribs available for children upon request at no charge for the Castle rooms. Should you have need for a larger space (e.g. larger family), please let us know and you will be referred to the Lodges. Castle rooms will be charged at the wedding rate of €250 per room (double occupancy - with breakfast included) and payment can be given to the castle when you arrive. Additional nights will be at the €250 per room rate should you want that option for the day before. We have held a number of rooms for the 20th if people would like to stay there the night before. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 12 noon.
The Garden Lodges
(Les Loges du Jardin)
After allocating all the castle rooms, we will be referring the remainder of the guests to the island's lodges. Once we have given the room assignments to the castle, guests staying at the lodges can then book these directly with the castle. Each self-catering lodge unit is like a small townhome and sleeps a maximum of 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms. Extra rollaway beds/cribs for the lodges can be added for an additional €25. The lodges are self-catering meaning they have everything you need for your stay including kitchen, dining area, laundry, private veranda, etc. It is a few minutes walk to the castle so you won't be far! Lodges will be charged at the wedding rate of €300 for 1 night, €500 for 2 nights, or €700 for 3 nights. As these are self-catering, breakfast at the castle is not included with the price. If you wish to have breakfast at the castle, there will be an additional charge of €26.50 per person. We have also held a number of lodges for the 20th if people would like to stay there the night before. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
