If you wish to stay on the property (either in a castle room or lodge) the night before the wedding (20th), please let us know so we can make sure enough rooms/lodges are held for your booking. (Rates can be found on the Accommodations page of our website.) Note: If at least 5 castle rooms are booked for this night, then those in the castle will be required to eat in the castle dining room. Two-course dinner will be at a special rate of €50 per person. Reservations have been made for 6:00 pm for our group.) Dinner attire would be how you typically dress for an evening out at a nice restaurant.

The Wedding Day (Le jour du mariage - 21 juillet)

Cocktail and Garden Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or shirts and ties. We are aiming for to be outdoors in the grass so maybe rethink stilettos. =)
For the wedding night, we are anticipating that all guests will stay on the island either in a castle room or a lodge as we have booked the castle for exclusive use. The 18 castle rooms will be assigned by us with overflow being referred to the lodges. (See the Accommodations page of our website for more info and rates.) 3:00 pm (15h00) ~ Ceremony (Cérémonie) Immediately following the ceremony, there will be a drinks reception in the Castle and surrounding lawn (entirely inside the castle if weather is bad). Enjoy some drinks and canapés while the bride and groom get some photos taken. 6:00 pm (18h00) ~ Dinner Reception (Dîner de réception) Everyone will be called to dinner in the Munster Room to enjoy a fabulous 5-course meal and to listen to speeches. 8:00 pm (20h00) ~ After Party (Après la fête) Join us on the dance floor of the Great Hall to party the night away. Late food will be served around midnight to help keep your energy up!
