Sam's Person / Matron of Honor
Bella and I met when I first moved to Maui and we have been inseparable ever since. She is my three-hearted octopus, my fellow mermaid, my soul sister - She is My Person. There are not enough words to properly describe how much I love, appreciate and adore Bella. The bond that we share is indescribable and there is nobody in the world that I would rather be around that Bella (ok, Dave too). She and I have the best time together and when I am with her, I feel like I am the best and most complete version of myself. Bella's heart is so big and she is a kind, compassionate person that is also one of the strongest and most talented people I know. She is so modest and doesn't give herself enough credit for how incredible she is and I can't wait for everyone to meet her.
Jess
Sister / Matron of Honor
Jess may be my sister in law, but she is also one of my best friends and I feel so lucky that she is part of my life and my wedding. Jess is one of the most incredible people I have ever met - she has one of the kindest hearts and is always looking out for others, rather than herself. She is so nurturing and is the most wonderful mother to her two children, Drew and Hunter, both who will be in the wedding. We became close after I moved back from Maui and helped me acclimate back to life on the mainland, which wasn't easy and she has held my hand and let me cry on her her shoulder when I've needed it the most. Our friendship is so special to me and I am so grateful that she picked Devin to spend her life with.
Kelly
Life Champion and Super Woman
Without Kelly, there would be no me. If Kelly hadn't made the decision to take me to the doctor, I would have died from my blood clot at 19 and for that, I am forever grateful for her. She has always stood by me, always believed in me and without her, I would not have been able to experience all of the wonderful things my life has offered, including Dave. She and I swam together at ECU, but our friendship was solidified when she made the decision to force me to the doctor and was my advocate when I wasn't able to speak for myself. Together we have grown into adults and Kelly continues to be a compassionate, STRONG woman who is one of the most beautiful humans I have ever known. So when you see her at this wedding, give her a BIG hug because she is why I am here.
Manda
Day to Day Therapist and Life Coach
I have known Amanda (Manda to the Southern folks) since my sophomore year in college when she walked into an art class and sat down next to me. I can not say enough amazing things about this woman. We talk all day, everyday and if you see me on the phone laughing at it, I am most likely talking to her. Manda is the funniest, most beautiful human I know. Her laugh is infections and she and I share the same strange sense of humor and I feel like she is just an extension of me. She is also one of the most humble person I've ever met - she is so compassionate and caring that she often forgets how amazing she is because she is putting other people first. She motivates me to be a better person and I am so proud of everything she has overcome and accomplished in her life.
Beth
The OG / The Rock
Beth came to ECU on a national exchange program and was assigned a room on the swimmers floor. We quickly became friends and spent the semester doing what college kids do... until I got sick. She was one of the few people that visited me in the hospital, watching 90210 in the ICU and holding my hand and when I was scared. During that holiday break, when all the swimmers were at winter training, Beth got me up to Pennsylvania and sat with me as I processed what I had been through and our friendship for life was solidified. Through the years, she has stood by me through the good, the bad, and the ugly and has loved me unconditionally when I haven't been the best. Beth is the definition of a faithful, loving and supportive friend and I am so honored to have her with me on my special day.
Hollie
Mermaid and Creative Genius / Photographer
The photographers at this wedding aren't just any photographers - Hollie is one of my best and oldest friends. Hollie and I swam together in college at ECU and she was one of the only people who stood by me through my blood clot. She stood up for me and was my voice when I was weak and has always been one of my biggest fans and best friends. There is a strange friendship that happens when you are teammates in an environment like ECU swimming and to add on a life-changing event, it creates a bond that is hard to explain and Hollie and I have that. She is one of the most creative, loving and beautiful people and has this way to really look into your soul and understand me as a person and I am so honored that she will not only be in the wedding but capturing the photos.

Wedding Planner / Keeper of the Sanity
When I got engaged I asked around for recommendations on a wedding planner and I kept seeing this one person pop up on my feed and she came with this INCREDIBLE recommendation, so of course I called. Little did I know that I was talking to my very own Mary Poppins/Fairy Godmother/Marie Condo/ReeseWitherspoon wedding planner named Meagan. Over the last six months this incredible woman has taken my ideas and built something that I couldn't even imagine possible. In addition to her amazing creative talents, I feel like I have found a friend in her. She came to my bachelorette party and I was able to really get to know her and she is one of the most amazing women I have ever met. She is strong, beautiful and one of the funniest people I've ever met! I am so thankful for her!
