Welcome Party

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Very casual! Come as you are.

We booked the conference room so our guests have a place to hang out if there is not enough space in other hotel gathering areas. Alec and Ashley will be there around 9pm to welcome everyone and hang out as long as they can. We will have a cooler of beverages there when Alec and Ashley get there. Feel free to BYOB and catch up!

The Ceremony

2:00 pm - 3:15 pm

Semi-formal with a Western Twist: Cocktail dresses, your very best sundress, or denim. Suit coats and/or button ups with your best jeans or khakis. Heels, flats, and boots are all welcome.

Kind reminder that cowboy hats are encouraged, but cannot be worn inside the church. :)
